SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEME BETWEEN <br />CLYDE HENRY, DOING BUSINESS AS FRIENDLY ACIUS TATATER <br />COMPANY, AND THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY CONCEl►qING WATER <br />FACILITIES WITHIN THE JONES COURT IMP_' DISTRICT <br />WIE,!2RAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3109,, adopted June 13.. <br />1960, there has been executed an agreement between the City of <br />, ledwood City and Clyde IT-Ienry, doing business as Friendly Acres <br />V,Tater Company,, concerning -municipally-owned water facilities with- <br />in the Jones Court Improvement District: and <br />WHEAEAS,, subsectuent -to the adoption of Resolution No. 3100-., <br />it appeared that it would be necessary to enter into a supplementary <br />agreement concerning the removal or destruction of a two inch <br />water -main owned by Clyde Henry and providing for temporary water <br />service for existing water users in the District; and <br />this Council has reviewed that certain agreement <br />entitled "Supplementary Agreement" and desires to approve same; <br />NO�V_ J , TI-M <br />BE IT iU- BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF _?,]L;D`VTOOD CITY <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to exe- <br />cute on behalf- of the City of Redwood City, that certain above <br />mentioned Supplementary Agreement between Clyde Henry, an indiv- <br />idual doing business as 2riendly Acres Water Company, and the City <br />of Redwood City, a copy of which agreement is attached hereto, <br />marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein, and to which reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof . <br />
