<br />, <br />. <br /> <br />tOfP'1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. p. 2110 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />MAINTENANCE DREDGING OF WHARVES 1, 2, 3, AND 4 PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the maintenance dredging of <br /> <br />Wharves 1, 2, 3, and 4 project (the "Project") at the Port of Redwood City, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Board <br /> <br />of Port Commissioners; and <br /> <br />Whereas, the Port is the Lead Agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br /> <br />approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br /> <br />for bids for the work therein described. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Having reviewed and considered the Project, this Board finds and <br /> <br />determines that this Project is categorically exempt. <br /> <br />2. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br /> <br />the Maintenance Dredging of Wharves 1, 2, 3, and 4 Project" located at the Port <br /> <br />of Redwood City, Redwood City, California, prepared by Moffatt & Nichol, a copy <br /> <br />of which documents is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />Resa 170 <br />09/08/10 <br />FXS <br />
