P-1303 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> LUMBER TERMINAL PARCEL II IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an amendment to lease agreement between <br />the Port of Redwood City and Pope & Talbot, Inc. dated as of <br />September 15, 1988 this Board has agreed to provide certain <br />lumber terminal improvements to Port-owned property designated <br />as Parcel II in said lease agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to, and reviewed by this <br />Board, plans, specifications and related bid documents for the <br />construction of said improvements and this Board desires to <br /> <br />advertise for bids therefor; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT 'RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Those certain plans, specifications and related bid <br />documents entitled, "Lumber Terminal Parcel II Improvements", <br />which plans, specifications and documents are on file in the <br />office of the Port Manager, to which reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, are hereby approved, and the Port <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids <br />therefor. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwood City, this 26th day of October , 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
