REG:yc :1/6/59 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2 9 6 0 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE, OF STATE HIGHWAY <br /> IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br /> Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement <br /> for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Redwood City <br /> effective as of January 1, 1960, and to remain in effect until <br /> amended or terminated; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard said Agreement and is <br /> familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. That said Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway <br /> in the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk <br /> are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City. <br /> :r * <br />
