RD-82-02 RD 82-02 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES <br /> TO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the Community Development Act, <br /> <br />(Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.), and specifically <br />Chapter 3, Article 1 of the Act commencing with Section 33200, <br />the Council of Redwood City also acts as the Redevelopment Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redeveloument Agency has no separate staff for <br />purposes of administration; and <br /> <br /> WHEF~AS, pursuant to Section 33128 of the Act, the Redevelopment <br /> <br />Agency may have access to the services and facilities of the City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Officers and employees of the City of Redwood City are <br />hereby authorized, to act on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Redwood City in the same capacity as if they were <br />acting on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager and the Director of Finance are hereby <br />designated to sign warrants on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency; <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute agreements <br />on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br /> RD-82-02 <br /> <br /> <br />
