AEC:yc :9/21/59 -7 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2874 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING- SPECIFICATIONS FOR A BACKYHOE AND <br /> LOADER FOR WATER DEPARTMENT USE; AND, AUTHOI,IZING CALL <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> specifications for a Backhoe and Loader, which equipment is nec- <br /> essary in connection with the performance of certain work by the <br /> Water Department of the City of Redwood City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> N0 ;q THE BEFORE : <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY 'LIE COUNCIL OF r CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AS FOT.1 LOWS : <br /> 1. Those certain specifications for a Backhoe and Loader, <br /> prepared by the Water Superintendent and on file in the office <br /> of the City I'lanager, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment, in <br /> accordance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> to be in the form of that certain "Notice of Sealed Bids" set <br /> forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br />
