~' q:djg-c 6/10/82 <br /> <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> JUN ! 4 1982 <br /> RESOLUTION RD-82-10 RD 82-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING RELOCATION ASSISTANCE RULES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law, <br />Health and Safety Code Section 33300 et seq., an agency <br />which adopts a redevelopment plan shall prepare a feasible <br />method or plan for relocation of familiar and persons <br />which might be displaced, temporarily or permanently, from <br />the project area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, although the plan for Redevelopment Project <br /> <br />No. 2 as prepared by this Agency does not contemplate the <br />need for relocation of families or persons from the project <br />area, this Agency desires to adopt rules for relocation in <br />the event relocation should, in fact, occur; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency a <br />compilation of proposed rules for relocation assistance <br />prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Community <br />Redevelopment Law; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain document entitled "Relocation Assistance <br /> <br />Rules of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City", a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />rules are hereby adopted. <br /> <br /> <br />
