RD-83-04 RD 83-04 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZlNG EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, <br /> INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City requires certain consulting services to aid it <br /> <br />in redevelopment planning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires to engage Keyser Marston <br />Associates, Inc., San Francisco, California, to perform such <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Keyser Marston Associates, Inc. has represented <br /> <br />to the City that it is experienced and qualified to perform <br />the abovementioned services as further described in the <br /> <br />proposed agreement therefor; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City, and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., entitled <br />"Consultant Services Agreement", a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved, <br />and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 83-04 <br /> <br /> <br />
