RD-84-08 RD 84-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF OWNER <br /> PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY <br /> IN THE CENTRE SUB-AREA (OSTERTAG) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1862, adopted July 19, <br />1982, the City Council adopted the Redevelopment Plan for <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Redevelopment Project No. 2 consists of four <br />sub-areas, one of which is the Centre Sub-area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. RD-82-09, adopted June <br /> <br />14, 1982, this Agency adopted rules governing participation by <br />Owners in Redevelopment Project No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency an Owner <br />participation agreement under which Willy Ostertag, dba 850 Main <br />Street Associates, proposes to develop property in the Centre <br />Sub-area, know as 850 Main Street, in accordance with said rules <br />for Owner participation, and in accordance with the Redevelopment <br />Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires to approve such agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Owner Participation <br />Agreement (Ostertag)" (form dated 9/10/84R) by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Willy <br /> <br /> RD 84-08 <br /> <br /> <br />
