RD-84-09 RD 84-09 0CT 1 1984 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE (GATEWAY <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minute Order No. RD84-158 adopted <br />September 17, 1984, this Agency authorized negotiation of an <br />exclusive right to negotiate with the Innisfree Companies, for <br />redevelopment of the Gateway Sub-area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency an <br />agreement entitled "Agreement for Exclusive Right to Negotiate <br />(Gateway Redevelopment Project Area)" (Form date 9/26/84R); and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of this Agency to approve said <br /> <br />Agreement, and to authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br /> Agency of the City of Redwood City and the Innisfree Companies <br /> for exclusive right to negotiate for redevelopment of the Gateway <br /> Sub-area, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive <br /> Director is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br /> RD 84-09 <br /> <br /> <br />
