RD-84-10 RD 84-10 OCT 15 1984 0Ri~NAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br /> FOR CENTRE SUB-AREA REDEVELOPMENT PLAN (HALL GOODHUE HAISLEY <br /> AND BARKER, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minute Order No. RD84-162, this Agency <br />accepted the recommendation of the Consultant Selection Committee <br />for the Centre Redevelopment Project and approved the selection <br />of Hall Goodhue Haisley and Barker of San Francisco to prepare <br />the Centre Area Revitalization Plan and asked the Executive <br />Director to return to the Agency later with an agreement for said <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency an <br />agreement between the Agency and Hall Goodhue Haisley and Barker, <br /> <br />Inc. for said services; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement (Centre Sub-Area <br /> Redevelopment Plan)" by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City and Hall Goodhue Haisley and Barker, <br /> Inc., a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby <br /> authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> * * * RD 84-10 <br /> <br /> <br />
