RD- 86 -01 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PREPARATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (CENTRE <br />SUB -AREA) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Preparation <br />of an Environmental Impact Report" by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Earth <br />Metrics, Incorporated, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office the Secretary of the Agency and to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br />
