r _ <br /> 411 III DES:lt:3 /15/71 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> NAR 15 '71 <br /> RE S OLUT I ON NO. 6 � �, <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MANAGEMENT RECRUITMENT AND CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES <br /> WHEREAS, this Council requires professional consulting <br /> services for the recruitment and selection of a City Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council an agreement for the furnishing of expert personal <br /> consulting services for the recruitment and selection of a City <br /> Manager, and this Council desires to enter said agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br /> Services (Managerial Recruitment)" (form dated 3/15/71), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City and Griffenhagen - Kroeger, Inc., <br /> Management Consultants, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br /> the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
