RD-87-08 RD 87-08 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT (LICENSEE: CITY OF REDWOOD CITY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency has approved <br /> <br />an agreement for the acquisition of certain real property located <br />in the City of Redwood City designated by San Mateo County <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 053-137-010; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a portion of said <br />real property for the construction of certain public improvements <br />including a Main Library and related storm water drainage <br />facilities and landscaping (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires to permit said City and its <br />contractor for the Project to enter upon and use a portion of the <br />above-described parcel of real property (which portion is <br />described in the License Agreement hereinafter referenced) during <br />the period of construction and to construct landscaping within <br />said portion; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency a License <br />Agreement providing for such use of said property by the City <br />contingent upon vesting of fee title in this Agency to the parcel <br /> <br />of real property within which said portion is contained; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 87-O8 <br /> <br /> <br />
