RD-87-10 RD 87-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING EXECUTION OF OWNER <br />PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />GATEWAY SUB-AREA (ROBISON) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1862, adopted July 19, <br />1982, the City Council adopted the Redevelopment Plan for <br />Redevelopment Project No. 2 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Redevelopment Project No. 2 consists of four <br />sub-areas, one of which is the Gateway Sub-area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. RD-82-09, adopted June <br /> <br />14, 1982, this Agency adopted rules governing participation by <br />Owners in Redevelopment Project No. 2; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Agency an Owner <br />participation agreement under which Clair and Darlene Robison <br />propose to develop property in the Gateway Sub-area, known as <br />2653 and 2665 Broadway, in accordance with said rules for Owner <br /> <br />participation, and in accordance with the Redevelopment Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires to approve such agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Owner Participation <br />Agreement Robison" (form dated 7/23/87) by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Clair and <br />Darlene Robison, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br /> 87-10 <br /> <br /> <br />
