RD-87-14 RD 87-14 <br /> <br /> CONCURRENT RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY AUTHORIZING LOAN OF CITY FUNDS TO REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY, APPROVING REPAYMENT AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION THEREOF <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AND BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ACTING AS THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The loan by the City of Redwood City to the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City of funds and the <br />use of City staff and facilities as specified in the agreement <br />entitled "Repayment Agreement Covering Advances of Funds From the <br />City of Redwood City to the Redevelopment Agency of Redwood <br />City" is hereby authorized, and said agreement, a copy of which <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, and <br />the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 10581 <br /> 8714 <br /> <br /> <br />
