RD-87-15 RD 87-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL SERVICES FOR PROPOSED TAX <br /> ALLOCATION BOND ISSUE <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Fiscal Services Agreement <br />for Tax Allocation Bonds", by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Katz, Holtis, Coren & <br />Associates, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the Secretary, and to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 8745 <br /> <br /> <br />
