CO ( <br /> RESOLUTION NO. P- 2129 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE PORT <br /> SECURITY LIGHTING, CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AND <br /> TRANSPORTATION WORKER IDENTIFICATION CREDENTIAL <br /> (TWIC) PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2122 adopted December 15, 2010, the Board of <br /> Port Commissioners approved the bid of Tennyson Electric, Inc. and entered into a contract for <br /> the performance of the Port security lighting, closed circuit television ( "CCTV ") and <br /> transportation worker identification credential ( "TWIG ") project (the "Project "); and <br /> WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the Port to install an upgrade to the fiber <br /> optic tube. <br /> WHEREAS, Tennyson Electric, Inc. is proposing to furnish and install the upgrade to the <br /> fiber optic tube for the sum of $40,700.10. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The Change Order (Change Order No. 1) by Tennyson Electric, Inc. in the amount of <br /> $40,700.10 and dated March 24, 2011, to furnish and install an upgrade to the fiber optic tube, a <br /> copy of which Change Order No. 1 is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> Port Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute Change Order No. 1 for and <br /> on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> Reso180 <br /> FXS /fs <br /> 03/30/2011 Scanned <br />
