RD-88-02 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR DEMOLITION OF IMPROVEMENTS AT THOSE <br /> PROPERTIES COMMONLY KNOWN AS 910 MAIN STREET AND 1012 <br /> MAIN STREET; APPROVING THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S <br /> FUNDING OF SAID DEMOLITIONS; AND AUTHORIZING THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT SECRETARY TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City ("Agency") certain contract <br />documents and specifications for the demolition of improvements <br />at those real properties commonly known as 910 Main Street and <br />1012 Main Street, Redwood City, California, more particularly <br />described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference <br />made a part hereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires to signify its approval of said <br />contract documents and specifications, and approve the Agency's <br /> <br />funding of said demolitions; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br /> and Specifications for Demolition of Improvements at 910 Main <br /> Street and 1012 Main Street - Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City, California", prepared by the City of Redwood City's <br /> Department of Engineering and on file in the office of the <br /> Agency's Secretary are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
