'ANY PERSON INTERESTED AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC WILL BE HEARD BY SAID COUNCIL AT SAID TIME AND PLACE IN RELA- TION TO THE ADOPTION QF SAID ORDINANCE. ORDINANCE NO. 600.4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI- NANCE NO. 600 AND REZONING LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 52, EASTERN ADDITION AND ATH- ERWOOD SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. The Council of Redwood City du ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That the following described property be rezoned from an R-4 to a C-1 district: Lots 11 and 12, Block 52, as shown on that map entitled "Eastern Ad- dition" recorded in Volume 2, page 85. Miscellaneous Records, San Ma- teo County, California, and copied into Volume 18, page 6 of Official Records of San Mateo County, Cali- fornia. Be it further ordained that the City Engineer of Redwood City be, and he is, hereby ordered and directed to change the Sectional District Map In accordance with Section 1 of this ordi- nance. Said Sectional District Map be- ing Section 4.3 of Ordinance No. 600 of the City of Redwood City. SECTION 2. That the following described property be rezoned from an R-1 to an R-3 district: BEGINNING at the most North- erly corner of Block 1, as designated on the map entitled "MAP OF OAKLEIGH PARK TRACT SAN MATEO COUNTY CALIFORNIA" which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on April 6, 1910, in Liber 7 of Maps at page 16; thence from said point of beginning and running along the easterly line of the County Road from Redwood City to Woodside, North 22° 36' East 412.00 feet and North 10° 08' 30" East 308.00 feet; thence leaving said Easterly line and running along a line parallel with and distant att right angles Northeasterly 681.09 feet from the Northeasterly line of the aforementioned Block 1, South 48° 29' East 1260.64 feet; thence South 41° 31'West 681.09 feet to the North- easterly line of said Block 1; thence along said Northeasterly line North 98° 29' West 956.99 feet to the point of beginning. Be it further ordained that the City Engineer of Redwood City be, and he is, hereby ordered and directed to change the Sectional District Map h accordance with Section 2 of this ordinance. Said Sectional District Map being Section 4.2 of Ordinance No. 600 of the City of Redwood City. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and he in force from and .after 31j days after its passage and adoption. The above and foregoing ordinance was duly introduced by the Council of the City of Redwood City on the 6th day of June, 1949, and a public hearing thereon will be held on the 20th day of June, 1949, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chamber in the City Hall in said City, or on such other plate, if any, to which the matter may be postponed.
