DES:lt:3/8/73 <br /> Mw 12'73 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6878 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br /> COUNTY OF SAN MATEO RELATING TO PARKING PERMITS <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> and the County of San Mateo has been presented to this Council <br /> providing for the orderly administration of the issuance of park- <br /> ing permits to the County on a continuing basis for trial jurors <br /> attending the various courts of the County; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> approve the same and authorize its execution; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT APPROVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Parking Permits" <br /> (form dated 2/20/73) by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> the County of San Mateo, a copy of which is on file in the office <br /> of the City Clerk to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the Mayor of the City of Redwood City is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br />
