453'4 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE <br />REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR PAYMENT OF PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENT ASSESSMENT <br />tZEG:yc:2 /1/65 -7 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Payment of <br />Public Improvement Assessment (Streets & Highways Code, §5302.5)," <br />which agreement is substantially in the form of that certain <br />agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br />reference is made for full particulars, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager of the City of Redwood City is hereby authorized <br />to execute the same. <br />
