REG:yc:1/21/65 -7 <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 4MI <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING STREET NAMES: NORTHUMBERLAND <br />AVENUE, CARLOS AVENUE, LEAHY STREET, CYPRESS STREET, <br />FOX COURT, AND ULMER COURT <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That this Council hereby finds, pursuant to Section 34091.1 <br />of the Government Code of the State of California, that the follow- <br />ing described streets presently being constructed pursuant to <br />assessment district proceedings instituted by the City of Redwood <br />City and shown on the assessment district diagram referred to in <br />Resolution No. 4450 of this Council shall be named and designated <br />as hereinafter noted: <br />(a) The extensions of Northumberland and Carlos Avenues in <br />a northeasterly direction are hereby respectively designated <br />as Northumberland Avenue and Carlos Avenue. <br />(b) The extension of Cypress Street in a southeasterly <br />direction is hereby designated as Cypress Street. <br />(c) The street connecting the northeast terminus of <br />Northumberland Avenue with Oakwood Drive is hereby designated <br />as Leahy Street. <br />(d) The cul de sac south of, and connecting to, Leahy Street, <br />is hereby designated as Ulmer Court. <br />(e) The cul de sacs on either side of, and connecting to, <br />the Carlos Avenue extension, are hereby designated as Fox Court. <br />2. That the City Clerk, pursuant to Section 34092 of the <br />Government Code of the State of California, is hereby directed <br />to transmit copies of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors <br />of San Mateo County and is also directed to transmit copies of <br />this resolution to the United States Post Office. <br />Vii► <br />
