RD-89-3 RD-89-03 <br /> <br />- FEB 13 1989 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH KATZ, HOLLIS, COREN & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> FOR CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH EXPANSION OF <br /> PROJECT AREA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Consulting <br /> Services" by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City and Katz, Hollis, Coren & Associates, Inc., a copy <br /> of which agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, and <br /> to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive Director is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 89 -3 <br /> <br /> <br />
