• <br /> MINUTE ORDER <br /> January 22, 1990 <br /> MO: 90 -007 <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE: January 25, 1990 <br /> Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Community Development Director <br /> SUBJECT: Westport /EPA - Rank Prometheus Development <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on January 22, 1990 <br /> Present: Councilmembers Buchan, Bury, Murray, LaBerge, Stangel and <br /> Mayor Greenalch <br /> Absent: Councilmember Claire <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes: <br /> M /S: Stangel /Buchan to write a letter to the EPA and ask them to do two <br /> things: 1) rank the Prometheus development site using present hazardous <br /> ranking system that is currently in effect recognizing that the ranking <br /> system could change in the future, and 2) be willing to share the data and <br /> assumptions being used under the new model that leads to the conclusion <br /> which the EPA has publicly stated would lead to the ranking of this site. <br /> Carried by the following roll call vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Buchan, Bury, LaBerge, Stangel and Mayor <br /> Greenalch <br /> NOES: Councilman Murray <br /> Arlyn C. Jorgenson <br /> City Clerk <br />
