RD-90-15 RD 90-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FIRST <br /> AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT FOR FISCAL SERVICES WITH KATZ, <br /> HOLLIS, COREN & ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "First Amendment of Fiscal <br />Services Agreement" by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City and Katz, Hollis, Coren & Associates, <br />Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br />Secretary, and to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved; and the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
