RD-91-9 RD-91-09 RD 91-09 RD 91-9 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LEASE OF 908 MAIN STREET TO PALO ALTO PLAYERS - <br /> PENINSULA CENTER STAGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain lease (form dated 8/7/91) by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Palo Alto <br />Players - Peninsula Center Stage (PCS) covering the lease by the <br />Agency to PCS of the property commonly known as 908 Main Street <br />in the City of Redwood City, for the limited purpose of storage <br />of the scenery and stage equipment of PCS, a copy of which lease <br />is on file in the office of the Secretary, is hereby approved, <br />and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute said lease for and on behalf of the Agency and to take <br />all actions required of the Agency under said agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
