RD-91-7 RD-91-07 RD 91-07 RD 91-7 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SIXTH <br /> AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT (KEYSER MARSTON <br /> ASSOCIATES, INC.) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency does hereby approve the Sixth Amendment to <br /> <br />the Consultant Services Agreement by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Keyser <br />Marston Associates, Inc., for the purpose of revising the <br /> <br />Consultant's hourly fee schedule and maximum compensation <br /> <br />thereunder. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD 91-7 <br /> <br /> <br />
