RD-91-5 RD-91-05 RD 91-05 RD 91-5 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A <br /> JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />(CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City (the "City") and the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City (the "Agency") <br />desire to create and establish, pursuant to the laws of the State <br />of California, the City of Redwood City Public Financing <br />Authority (the "Authority"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented at this meeting a proposed <br />form of Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (the "Agreement"), by <br />and between the City and the Agency, which Agreement creates and <br /> <br />establishes the Authority; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain Agreement entitled, "Joint Exercise of <br />Powers Agreement" by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws <br />of the State of California, and the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City, a public body, corporate and politic, duly <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of California <br />(form dated 6/05/91), creating and establishing the City of <br />Redwood City Public Financing Authority, a copy of which <br /> <br /> <br />
