RD-91-3 RD-91-03 RD 91-03 RD 91-3 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, CYTOCULTURE INTERNATIONAL, INC., AND <br /> SEQUOIA STATION DEVELOPERS, INC., COVERING <br /> BIOREMEDIATION PLANS FOR THE SEQUOIA STATION PROJECT <br /> SITE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City, Cytoculture International, <br />Inc. and Sequoia Station Developers, Inc., covering <br />bioremediation plans for the Sequoia Station Project site (form <br />dated 3/19/91R), a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br />Secretary for reference to full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
