RD-93-15 RD 93-15 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT OF <br /> SECOND ERN WITH BUTLER STELLAR CORPORATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> That the agreement entitled "First Amendment of Second <br />Agreement Conferring Exclusive Right to Negotiate on Butler <br />Stellar Corporation (Wyndham Place Project)", a copy of which is <br />in the office of the Secretary for reference to the full <br />particulars thereof, be and the same hereby is approved, and the <br />Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute the same <br />on behalf of this Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
