RD-94-22 RD 94-22 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR TENANT IMPROVEMENTS AT 2625 BROADWAY IN <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> (REDWOOD CITY ART CENTER) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Art Center promotes cultural <br />enrichment and involvement in the visual arts for the citizens of <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, cultural and artistic activities play an important <br />role in the community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency recognizes the importance of providing <br />physical improvements promotive of the visual arts in <br />redevelopment project areas of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redwood City Art Center proposes to operate and <br />maintain a visual arts Center located at 2625 Broadway, Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, tenant improvements are required at said location <br />for said purposes; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Redwood City <br />Art Center" (form dated 12/07/94R), by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, a redevelopment <br />agency of the State of California and the Redwood City Art <br />Center, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> <br /> <br />
