RD-94-04 RD 94-04 RD-94-4 RD 94-4 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR AUTO CENTER <br /> FEASIBILITY AND MARKETING SERVICES <br /> <br /> (URBAN STRATEGIES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional consulting services to determine the <br />feasibility of building an auto center in the City of Redwood <br />City, California (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Urban Strategies of Orinda, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform such services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br />Services - (Auto Center Feasibility and Marketing Services)", by <br />and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br />a redevelopment agency of the State of California and Urban <br />Strategies, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of Secretary, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and <br />Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
