P- 2145 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> (3tradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth) <br /> Whereas, the Port of Redwood City (the "Port") desires to finance the <br /> improvements of certain Port facilities and in connection therewith, proposes to issue <br /> revenue bonds (the "Bonds"); and <br /> Whereas, the Port requires the services of Bond and Disclosure Counsel in <br /> connection with the proposed issuance of the Bonds, and related matters. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Professional Services," by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> acting by and through its Boazd of Port Commissioners and Stradling Yocca Cazlson & <br /> Rauth, for legal services to be rendered for the benefit of the Port in connection with the <br /> issuance of the Bonds, and related matters, subject to the terms and conditions therein <br /> stated, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Port Executive Director, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the fiill particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> and the President and Secretary of the Board of Port Commissioners are hereby <br /> Reso t88 � <br /> Bond Counsel . <br /> FXS:sf <br />
