RD-95-12 RD 95-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO <br /> AND YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE IN COLLABORATION <br /> WITH OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTER WEST <br /> (OICW) FOR REDWOOD CITY RESTAURANT PROJECT <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement By and Among San Mateo <br /> County Human Services Agency, City of Redwood City, Redwood City <br /> Redevelopment Agency, and Youth and Family Assistance (YFA) in <br /> Collaboration With Opportunities Industrialization Center West (OICW)", (formed <br /> dated 13Sep95), a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the <br /> Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved, and the President of the Board of Directors and Secretary of <br /> this Agency are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
