RD-96-16 RD 96-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> FIFTH AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMEN FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this agency, the City of Redwood City (the "City") and Mezes Group, Inc., a <br />California Corporation (the "Developer") have negotiated a Fifth Amendment (the <br />"Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled "Disposition and Development Agreement for <br />the Mezes Plaza Project," as amended (the "DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Fifth Amendment of Disposition and Development <br />Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," by and between the Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., this <br />Agency and the City of Redwood City, a copy of which Amendment has been executed by the <br />Developer and delivered to the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the <br />Agency, and the Chairman and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest, respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, at a <br />regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of October, 1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
