RD-96-06 RD 96-06 RD-96-6 RD 96-6 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO SUBDIVISION <br />- OF CERTAIN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY- <br /> OWNED REAL PROPERTY INCLUDED WITHIN <br /> PARCEL MAP NO. 94-1, CONSENTING TO <br /> RECORDATION OF SAID PARCEL MAP, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF <br /> OWNERS' STATEMENT APPEARING THEREON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City owns certain pamels of real property included within that certain <br /> subdivision of lands described and shown in Parcel Map No. 94-1; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivision of said lands is in pursuance of the <br /> public purposes of this Agency; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency desires to signify its consent to the <br /> subdivision of said lands and to the recordation of said subdivision <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Govemment Code Section 66436; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Agency does hereby consent to the preparation and <br /> recordation of that certain subdivision of Agency-owned lands designated <br /> Parcel Map No. 94-1. <br /> <br /> 2. The Chairperson and the City Clerk, in her capacity as <br /> Secretary of this Agency, are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> and to attest thereto, respectively, the owners' statement appearing on <br /> <br /> said Parcel Map No. 94-1 for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency <br /> Reso-42 <br /> G:~sharecN~edwood~Council <br /> DES:rg <br /> 05/15/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
