RD-96-02 RD 96-02 RD-96-2 RD 96-2 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE SMALL BUSINESS <br /> DEVELOPMENT CENTER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Between the Redwood City <br />Redevelopment Agency, and Canada College for the Small Business <br />Development", (formed dated 10/10/95), a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and Secretary <br />of this Agency are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
