RD-97-02 RD 97-02 RD-97-2 RD 97-2 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND ADOPTING ACQUISITION AND <br /> RELOCATION GUIDELINES. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Government Code Section 7267.8(a) requires that the <br /> Agency adopt rules and regulations to implement payments and to <br /> administer relocation assistance in confo~udty with the provisions of <br /> California Relocation Assistance (Government Code Sections 7260 et <br /> seq.) and in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the <br /> California Department of Housing and Community Development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed the proposed "Rules and <br /> Regulations for Implementation of the California Relocation Assistance <br /> Law and Property Acquisition Procedures", a copy of which is available <br /> for inspection in the office of the Secretary. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain document entitled "Rules and Regulations for <br /> Implementation of the California Relocation Assistance Law and Property <br /> Acquisition Procedures" is hereby approved and adopted as the <br /> "Acquisition and Relocation Guidelines of the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City." <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br /> Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13thday of <br /> January 1997. <br /> <br /> <br />
