RD-98-10 RD 98-10 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AMENDING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1997-1998 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City by <br />Resolution NO. RD 97-10 did adopt the Annual Budget of the Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of Redwood City for Fiscal Year July 1, 1997-June 30, 1998 ("Fiscal Year <br />1997-1998 Agency Budget" or "1997-98 Agency Budget"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, since adoption of the Fiscal Year 1997-1998 Agency Budget the <br />agency has established the Downtown Cinema Project, which Project was not <br />considered or included in the 1997-98 Agency Budget; and <br /> <br /> WI-II*~REAS, the Agency Board has considered and desires to implement an <br />amendment to the Fiscal Year 1997-1998 Agency Budget in order to provide necessary <br />funds for implementation of the Downtown Cinema Project. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, that the Fiscal Year 1997-1998 Agency Budget be <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. There is hereby transferred from the Agency's General Fund, <br /> Fund No. 807, to the Downtown Cinema Project, Fund No. 807-1343, the <br /> amount of One Million Two Hundred Dollars ($1 300,000). <br /> <br /> 2. There is hereby transferred from the Agency's Bond General Fund, <br /> Fund No. 372, to the Downtown Cinema Project, Fund No. 372-71343 the <br /> amount of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,00) from unappropriated <br /> reserves. <br /> <br /> 3. There is hereby transferred from the Agency's Bond General Fund, <br /> Fund No. 372, to the Broadway sidewalk project, Fund No. 372-70953 the <br /> amount of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000) from unappropriated reserves. <br /> <br /> <br />
