RD-98-06 RD 98-06 RD-98-6 RD 98-6 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />- AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> RECEIVING THE CHANGE OF BOUNDARIES OF <br /> THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ADDED TO <br /> REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 2 BY THE <br /> FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City, on May 6, 1997, by Resolution No. 97-1, amended the Preliminary <br /> Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 2 by the Fourth Amendment to the <br /> Redevelopment Plan (the "Fourth Amendment") and approving a <br /> Preliminary Plan for the Added Area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City, on April 6, 1998, adopted Resolution No. RI:) 98-0~equesting the <br /> Planning Commission to change the boundaries of the Added Area and <br /> approving such change; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City, on April 7, 1998, adopted Resolution No. PC 98-3 amended the <br /> Preliminary Plan for the Added Area by changing the boundaries to <br /> exclude certain property from the Added Area. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The RedeVelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City hereby <br /> receives and approves the changes in the boundaries of the Added Area <br /> adopted by the Planning Commission. The changed Added Area <br /> boundaries are shown in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" attached hereto. <br /> <br /> DES/AK: 3/26/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
