RD-98-04 RD 98-04 RD-98-4 RD 98-4 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND SUBSURFACE <br /> CONSULTANTS, INC., FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SITE <br /> ASSESSMENT SERVICES <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Redwood City and Subsurface Consultants, Inc., for environmental <br /> site assessment services within the Redevelopment Agency's Project Area, a <br /> copy of which is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br /> Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br /> and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD-006 <br /> FXS:rg RD-98-04 <br /> 02/25/98 <br /> <br /> <br />
