RD-99-28 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE <br /> (1) KONICA 7040 DIGITAL COPIER/IMAGING SYSTEM FOR THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were solicited for <br />the purchase of one (1) copier/imaging system for the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said solicitation, three bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS, Konica Business Technology, Inc. of San Jose, California, is <br />the lowest responsible bidder (meeting the Agency's specifications) and it is the <br />intention and desire of this Board to accept the bid of Konica Business <br />Technology, Inc.; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
