RD-99-26 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND MUNDIE & <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR THE PREPARATION OF AN <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT AND AN ECONOMIC <br /> IMPACT ANALYSIS <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City and Mundie & Associates for professional consulting <br />services, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />RD-015 <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />FXS:djk <br />06/25/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
