RD-00-53 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OF OFF-SITE <br /> INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS RELATING TO THE <br /> FRANKLIN STREET PROJECT BETVVEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND IRVINE <br /> APARTMENT COMMUNITIES, L.P <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for the Reimbursement <br />of Offsite Infrastructure Improvements (Irvine Apartment Communities <br />Franklin Street Project)" (form dated 6/19/ 00), by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Irvine Apartment <br />Communities, L P., a Delaware limited partnership, for reimbursement of <br />costs of construction and installation of certain off-site infrastructure <br />improvements relating to the Franklin Street Project, a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Executive Director and Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for an on <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
