RD-01-64 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND HARZA ENGINEERING <br /> COMPANY, INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL <br /> INVESTIGATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City and Harza Engineering Company, Inc., for <br />professional geotechnical investigation and environmental site assessment <br />services for the proposed Downtown Retail-Cinema Project, a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the Secretary, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and <br />Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> RD-043 <br /> DES:djk <br /> Shared/Redwood/Council <br /> 04/17/01 <br /> <br /> <br />
