RESOLUTION LUTION N . 11 <br />A RESOLUTION F THE PLANNING COMMISSION F THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING A VESTING TENTATIVE <br />MAP PURSUANT TO THE SUBDIVISION MAP ACT AND THE <br />REDWOOD CITY MUNICIPAL CODE <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />("Commission") is empowered by Article (Planned Development Permits) and <br />Article 30 (Off-Street Parking and Loading) of the City of Redwood City Zoning <br />Code to acct upon applications for planned development permits and decision <br />relevant to required guest parking within mixed use zoning districts; the <br />Commission is also empowered by the Subdivision Map Act and the Redwood <br />good <br />City Municipal Code to consider Vesting Tentative Map Applications; and <br />WHEREAS, on December 13, 2011, the Commission considered and <br />certified an Environmental Impart Report prepared by the City's Planning <br />Department in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act "CE A" and, based on the approved Environmental Impact Report, <br />considered and adopted a Statement ent of overriding Considerations and ar <br />Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program in compliance with all CE QA <br />requirements, as part of the City's consideration of Planned Development Permit <br />Application loo. PD2010 -0 , the applicant's request to reduce parking <br />requirements consistent with Zoning Ordinance Article 30, Section 30.4.B, and <br />Nesting Tentative Map Application No. TM20 o -o - and <br />WHEREAS, S, on December 13, 2011, the Commission conducted a public <br />hearing, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the State Planning and <br />Zoning Law and the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, to consider approval of <br />Planned Development Permit Application No. PD201 o -01, reduction of parking <br />requirements consistent with Zoning ordinance Article 30, Section 30..E, and <br />approval of Vesting Tentative Parcel Map Application No. TM2010 -0 , and <br />received and considered the staff report and oral and documentary evidence on <br />the application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has determined that the proposed Planned <br />Development Permit, guest parking and Vesting Tentative Map would further the <br />purposes of and appropriately implement the City of Redwood City General Plan, <br />applicable previsions of the Redwood City Municipal Code and Zoning <br />Ordinance, and the 20 El Carmine pearl Residential Project. <br />W, THEREFORE, F E, E IT RESOLVED LVED As FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1.
