PC- .38 -3 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING THE <br />PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE AREA PROPOSE <br />TO BE ADDED TO REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />NOW 2 BY THE FOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE <br />REDEVELOPMENT PLAN BY CHANGING THE <br />PREVIOUSLY SELECTED BOUNDARIES <br />THEREOF <br />EREAS9 the Planning Commission of the City Redwood <br />City, on May 8, 1997., by Resolution No. 97 -1, amended the Preliminary <br />Plan for redevelopment Project No.. 2 by selecting the boundaries of the <br />Area proposed to be added to Redevelopment Project. No. 2 (the "Added <br />Area") by the Fou rth .Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan (the "Fourth <br />Amendment ") and by approving a Preliminary Plan for the Added Area; <br />and <br />W HEREAS the Redevelopment .Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City, on April 8, 199:8 adopted Resolution No.. requesting the <br />Planning Commission to change the boundaries of the Added Area and <br />approving such change; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 33326 of the Community :Redevelopment <br />Law (Health and Safety Code Section 83000 et seq.) permits the <br />Planning Commission to male such boundary changes, with the <br />approval of the Agency,, <br />N01N, THEREFORE:, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 .
