RESOLUTI ON NO P- Zi�l �� � p <br /> � <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR <br /> QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE WHARVES 1 AND 2 <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT, APPROVING QUALIFICATIONS <br /> OF POTENTIAL BIDDERS AND DIRECTING PREPARATION OF <br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by to Resolution No. P-2165 <br /> adopfed February 22, 2012, by the Board of Port Commissioners, the Port <br /> Executive Director advertized and requested responses to Request for <br /> Qualifications for the Wharves 1 and 2 Replacement Project (the "ProjecY'); and <br /> WHEREAS, Six (6) responses to Port's Request for. Qualifications were <br /> received and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, based upon the ranking criteria used by the Port to determine <br /> the top four (4) responses to Requesf for Qualifications, staff has ranked the <br /> responses to Request for Qualifications and provided the Board with its <br /> recommendation; and , <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Board of Port <br /> Commissioners to review the responses to Request for Qualifications and <br /> determine the top four (4) responses to Request for Qualifications based upon <br /> the criteria approved by this Board. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> SE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> _�_ <br /> Reso 194 � � � � � <br /> FXSIfs <br /> � 04f05/12 -� - - <br /> ��� <br />
