DES:djk 72/16/94 (59/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 1/16/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12385 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL <br /> SERVICES CENTER REMODELING; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for remodeling certain <br />facilities at the Municipal Services Center, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the Remodeling for New Offices, Toilets and Locker Rooms at <br />the Municipal Service Center - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br />Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
